Hidden behind the Maloja pass you find the Bregaglia valley, a forgotten treasure at the outskirts of Switzerland.
High above the valley lies the sun-kissed village of Soglio, which we call home.

In Soglio, the hands of the clock have been standing still for a while already. But that doesn't matter as the time and life flow differently here. Lingering through the narrow alleys and between old houses and barns is a journey into deliberate slowliness.

The hotel Stüa Granda is situated at the entrance of the village, right next to the steeple which towers like a beacon above the roofs of Soglio.

The view of the light grey granite spikes of the Sciora massif and the majestic peak of Badile have been attracting visitors to the Bergell valley for ages. The picturesque village of Soglio offers a stunning view of the impressive scenery.
